Critical Application ESD Chairs

Xfabion LLC is proud to offer the industry's first Critical Application ESD Chairs with RGS Technology, specifically intended for personnel working with energetics & explosives, defense, avionics, aerospace, and other critical environments where failure is not an option.

Every chair is made with the highest quality ESD fabrics and vinyl. The knobs, levers, and style accents are all made from conductive ESD plastic.  A deluxe polished aluminum base is standard on all chairs to ensure proper conductivity through the included ESD casters. (Braking casters are standard on all tall chairs). 3 lever controls to ensure comfort and adjustability. Most importantly, every chair is outfitted with Xfabion's proprietary and patent pending RGS Technology to ensure maximum product and personnel safety.

RGS Technology is a redundant grounding device for ESD laboratory chairs.
Our patent pending technology is intended for ESD personnel in critical environments such as energetics & explosives, avionics and aerospace, weapons systems, and more.

Sometimes, even the highest quality ESD chairs can experience a failure, and most often, that failure occurs in the chair cylinder. When the cylinder fails, it loses electrical connection to the chair base and will not properly dissipate ESD to the conductive flooring. In most instances, chair failures are only detected during an ESD audit or inspection, meaning the chair could have been in use for months, unknowingly causing latent, and or catastrophic failures in the asset. The RGS Technology, redundant grounding system, is made to address this exact problem. The RGS device ensures the chair will always work properly, even in the event it has a defective cylinder. The RGS technology can and will prevent latent and catastrophic failures caused by defective ESD chair cylinders. This device also keeps workers safe, allows ESD chair failures to be detected and repaired before they induce failures into the product. (See video below)
